NLPSC Completes 3-Storey CJE Building

CJE2 minThe construction of the three-storey academic and laboratory building for the Criminal Justice Education (CJE) Department has been completed and is now on use. The P26.9-M building houses eight academic classrooms, one faculty room, and laboratory rooms to cater to the curricular needs of the program. The building is also equipped with a crime scene laboratory room, photography room, firing range room, and defense tactics room. 

The building, with a floor area of 485 square meters, is divided into two phases: Phase 1 of the project, with a funding requirement of Php 15,467,000.00, was completed on February 28, 2018, and Phase 2 was completed on December 15, 2019, with a funding requirement of Php 11,435,520.00.

“The administration envisions to provide quality education to its students, and one way to attain this goal is by developing a learning-conducive environment and infrastructure,” Dr. Gacusana noted.

BS Criminology is one of the three board courses of the College. With this project milestone, better deliverance of service and education is expected to boost the board performance of the graduates.
